There must be tens of thousands of online t-shirt sites that all sell funny shirts in one form or another, but I have found yet another diamond in the rough that I’d like to share.
It’s called MyPartyShirt.com and it’s sweet. Sweet might be a term I use a lot, but thats because we only feature sites that are indeed, sweet. So check them out right now.

My party t-shirts was horrible I paid for express delivery and it took a week. Use another site you can get the same shirt and they might be a bit more reliable.

I am very disappointed in this web site and company. I ordered 13 shirts and paid $49.00 in shipping for priority mail which is 2-4 days. It is now 8 days later, 24 hours before Halloween. The shirts are for a group of kids to wear for school on Halloween. This company’s advertisement is misleading. They should say 2-4 days from when they have taken their sweet time putting the order together. Michael Rutcofsky needs to work on his company’s ability to serve customers better! The answers I have gotten to repeated e-mails are vague. Customers should have a phone number for customer service, as the e-mail to them was not working when I was frantic trying to figure out if these children had Halloween costumes.

I ordered 10 shirts from this website and paid $37 for 2-4 day Priority Shipping. It has been 21 days and I still have yet to receive my shipment. The shirts were for Halloween so they are now useless. I have emailed the company over 15 times and received the shortest, rudest replies. They refuse to send me a phone number, a tracking number or even tell me the day the order was shipped. They also refuse to refund my shipping costs and will only say “please review our shipping policy”. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company. Do not use this company. This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.

We are not responsible for orders that take longer due to USPS delay. If a t-shirt is unexpectedly backordered, it might take longer than listed. We make no guarantees on speed of shipment and cannot meet deadlines, sorry. The shipment days listed represent transit time and not necessarily the time it takes to get to your door. Please understand this before placing your order.
Your requests violate our policies, sorry. Hers did not.

Mike from MyPartyShirt.com explaining why I could not have a refund on shipping “She did not mention a deadline such as a holiday. Thus we were able to accommodate her request. Your requests have been in contradiction to our policy.
Despite your complaint, we have completely followed our shipping policy protocol that was available to you both now and at the time of your purchase. We are sorry you are unsatisfied with your experience but legally we are required to abide by our policies.”
SO, since the shirts were for Halloween- I can’t get a refund. If I said the shirts were just “late” I could have gotten a refund
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s been 22 days and still NO shirts

My party shirt has to be the worst website and company I have ever ordered from. I’ve never come across such lack of service when ordering online. I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive my shirt. I’ve sent numerous emails and have gotten short, rude, and inconclusive emails in response. What ever you do DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the aggravation and order from quality sites such as bustedtees.com or palmercash.com

I ordered 3 shirts from this website and paid extra for priority shipping. It took over 3 weeks for the shirts to arrive. Michael Rutcofsky is just a 21-year-old, asshole college kid. He is rude and has no idea what customer service is. Use another company. Do not order from this prick.

I have had the same problem. I ordered two shirts on Nov 7th. One month later and still no shirts. I have posted on my blog what has transpired so far.

I also experienced the worst service ever with this site. I paid $10 for priority shipping (4-7 days). I ordered my shirt on October 23rd and received my order confirmation via e-mail that same day. On Nov. 10, I inkowingly started an e-mail battle with info@mypartyshirt.com. The battle went on for a few days. At first, I was very polite and pleasant… then I grew upset, ultimately “info” sent me my tracking number and when I entered into the USPS website, they basically said “A company has told us to expect this package for shipping, but we don’t have it yet.” The conversation ultimately ended because I was told in an e-mail “This will be the end of our communication with you.” I gave up and decided to forfeit my 24.95 (shirt + shipping). My shirt finally arrived on November 20. Take your business elsewhere is my suggestion.

Whoops. I made a typo… “unknowingly”. Also, I wrote a rather effective article for my college newspaper and I had more than a handful of students approach me with either “I had a bad experience with them as well” or “I was looking at ordering shirts from there. Thanks for the warning.”

I can’t believe what a total prick this guy is. Every single comment on here is the exact same. Does this guy ever actually produce and ship the shirts? I am currently still in a battle with him because the 10 shirts I ordered on OCTOBER 16th and paid for 2 day shipped still have yet to arrive. He refuses to refund my money for the shirts or the shipping and still cannot provide a tracking number or any information to my credit card company. Anyone interested in filing a joint complaing with the BBB or sending a letter to the AG in NY? Post back and we will connect.

Whoever is allowing these comments to continue is out of their mind. This company is amazing which is why I have been shopping at their online store for over a year now. I have had nothing but great customer service. Grow up people fairy tales are for children.

You obviously work for this company or are friends with this asshole, Mike. We have ALL had major issues with this company. Why would we waste our time and the BBB’s time if we were lying? This website is for people to warn others as to how mypartyshirt operates. I wish I had found it before I used that bogus website and wasted all my time on that jerkoff Mike.

I read the negative reviews here and didn’t believe them at first. I emailed them and asked about their service, and they assured me that they had only quality service. It’s been 16 days and I have yet to receive my shirts, yet alone a reply to my email.

You all obviously are friends with this idiot. There is NOTHING nice to say about this company. Every site i have gone to has shown discussion boards that say the same thing.. that its a HUGE FRAUD.
too bad I didn’t figure this out before ordering my shirts which came over a month later then I was told they would, and too bad I shipped them back and have yet to receive a refund. I will be filing fraud against them with my credit card company.

I admit, I ordered from this website. I didn’t do my homework until after the fact, then that’s when I stumbled on this website. Boy…you all really have some horror stories.
The only problem I had was slow shipping. I ordered on the 4th of January, it was electronically notified by January 9th. It was processed January 25th, arrived in my state on the January 27th and didn’t arrive at my house until the next day.
All in all, it was an ok experience. Michael was really cooperative with me as far as exchanging emails and being nice. And I got my shirts, so I’m happy.
Would I order from the website again? Probably not…only because it took too long.

Jenn-I had the exact same problem as you. This company it the worst I have ever dealt with. They will not give a phone number. They have my shirts and my money. They are rude, and unwilling to help. What a nightmare. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!

Partyshirts.com is a joke. Talk about fraud. I order some things and had express delivery so that it would arrive in 2-4 business days. 2 weeks later and i still have nothing. Why did i bother paying all that money for express delivery?! I have emailed and called and have heard nothing back. I was not given a tracking number or anything. I wish i had seen this website before I decided to order. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this website!!!!!!!

After working in retail for 10 years I have never seen anything like this in my life. I have tried calling and emailing for over a week now and not heard back from anyone. I also paid for express delivery for a shirt I needed for a Halloween party that is tonight and guess what I dont have the shirt. They took my money mighty fast but they dont deliver the goods. Some other sites had the shirt for a little more but would have been way less of a headache.

im so mad right now! ive never ordered anyting online and i read good reviews, must have been them who said them, and now i dont have shirts can;t get an email, i mad a mistake on the size i ordered and they wont email me back, i sent theemail literally seconds after i had made the mistake, this is rediculous, and guaranteed they dont come before xmas and i have no money left for gifts……..

I wish I had seen these listings before Xmas. I’m usually a cautious, but used the site for my daughter to buy a tshirt for her bro for Xmas. It didn’t fit, was returned in January, but still as of 3/10 have not received a refund. today I got an email that said all refunds had been processed, and basically told me I was SOL. My next step is to contact my card holder and the NY Better Business Bureau. I believe in Karma, and all this will come back to bite Mike in the butt. Just wish I was there to see it.

I read these comments after I had already purchased my item and got very worried. However, I live in Nevada and already have my item. I ordered on Tuesday and today, Friday, it arrived. I paid for standard shipping. The shirt is in good condition and is good quality. I will be ordering from MyPartyShirt.com again. Don’t freak out over these comments, I’m sure they’re just exceptions.
