Random Three-Pack Sale at TenBills until 12/24!! TenBills Tuesday had to fall on a Monday this week due to this sale as I would like to give everyone enough time to take advantage of it. You can’t really go wrong with anything from TenBills and you’re basically doing a buy 2 get 1 free. Great idea for those three people you just can’t find a gift for, or keep two and give them the one you don’t want! Right now that’s about all I can find on their website… Where did all the tees go?

Finally Friday! Took all week, but its here and we’re all glad. And when it comes to the weekend nothing is more important than prepping for this weeks fantasy football matchup. BustedTees knows that too much preparation can lead to bad things happening. Just like too much practicing for a football team could lead to injuries, too much lurking and refreshing in the free agents section can lead to fantasy sports related injuries. Here’s one from BustedTees that’s been around for a while but still makes me laugh.

Price: $20.00

Marty May is an LA based company and is dedicated to incorporating everyday spectacles into their clothing. Marty travels around as much as she can, immersing herself in local nature and interpreting her visions through the clothing. Marty is also dedicated to supporting only humane labor and goes through American Apparel for the shirts while making all the bags and wallets herself.
“Elevated Tee” is the first one we’re going to take a look at. An odd arrangement of guitars being drawn to the sky by balloons makes up the front of this shirt along with an oddly placed 6-pack. I don’t really know why the 6-pack is there, but I guess where you find guitars there’s always a 6-pack around somewhere. I like the design because it is spaced out nicely and does not feel busy at all. Nice feel, American Apparel quality is evident.

Price: $17.00 (On Sale Now)

Stego Plop on the other hand…. I don’t know where the inspiration for this shirt came from, but I would love to find out. Basically a stegosaurus with a giant, fresh “stego plop.” Not too appetizing, but the colors are funky and the shirt feels nice, which makes up for a lot. That is, if you want to walk around with dino poo on your shirt…

Blue Man T-Shirts is a UK based site that is advertised as a company that produces funny, rude and offensive shirts. Sounds like a site worth taking a look at. The first thing I noticed when I got to the site is the age verifier to filter out minors attempting to check out offensive shirts. I’m not too sure who would check the “I’m under 18″ box, but its a nice touch to see that Blue Man T-Shirts cares. On to the shirts! There are a wide array of hilarious shirts that I find to be original because its not the same stuff we constantly see from our US based sites. Right now at Blue Man T-Shirts you can receive 20% off your order if you enter the coupon code 9b811a46c5 upon checkout Being the holiday season, we’re going to take a look at a few shirts with Blue Man’s version of “Holiday Cheer.”
“Baa Humbug” is a nice shirt, not one of the offensive ones we’ve been advertising. This is a nice simple design and would be a great idea as a present for someone of any age. I can see a little cousin wearing it as easily as I could see a mom or grandma wearing this design. One nice thing about picking out what shirt you want is there is a whole list of different t-shirt and sweatshirt designs to choose from, as well as a few novelty items.

Price: £14, about $20

While “Baa Humbug” is anything but offensive, “Santa is Fake” makes up for the slack. Consisting of the “Santa is Fake” text and an empty Santa suit crucified on the cross, “Santa is Fake” might not be the perfect gift for that niece of yours, but could be an instant classic for that miserable roomate you had in college. I think the design is great and hope mine gets here so I can wear it this holiday season to spread the cheer.

Price: £14, about $20

TenBills is currently having a holiday sale where you can get a bunch of shirts at the $10 rate as well as 40% off select hoodies. I believe the selection will be changing by the week but don’t wait too long, the holidays are just around the corner.
Today we’re going deep into my childhood fears as we present TenBills design, “She Wants To Talk Again.” It looks super scary and weird, but is supposed to convey the effects and tension from communication and non-communication in relationships. Is it better to respond with sharp words or silence?

Price: $10

Crooked Monkey is not your average t-shirt site. When you get to the homepage you know you’re in for a real treat as soon as you see the little interactive monkey. I think I had him do three or four things in his dorm room before I even got to the shirts. After being put in such a good mood by the monkey (who doesn’t love a monkey?) I was ready to check out the shirts. The selection at Crooked Monkey is certainly a step above the crude feces shirts of other mass production sites and its “irreverent yet tasteful” humor is best suited for the college age demographic. I also certainly enjoyed the candy that came with the shirt: bananas. What else?
We’re going to take a look at the “Popped Collar” shirt. Nice graphic, vintage lettering and distressed feel. The shirt is VERY thin and soft due to it being a 50/50 poly cotton blend. It is also treated with natural enzymes to ensure that super-soft feel. I agree with the message on the shirt as well, so Crooked Monkey scores a win for me.

Izzi Pop was just launched in Fall 09 and is already making a statement with the unique, clean-cut designs that they offer. For being such a young company, Izzi Pop already has a nice selection without trying to pump out too many designs. The ideas for the shirts are centered around art, pop art, pop music and pop culture and are printed on %100 preshrunk cotton. The graphics are water based to give the shirt that soft feel and shirts are offered in men’s and women’s fits. The one thing on the shirt we got, Silver City Pop that I didn’t like was the big circle in the middle with “pop” inside. I think the shirt speaks for itself without having to really bring out that “pop” icon. Kind of throws the whole thing off in my mind.
Use coupon code: SHIRT for 10% off your next order!!

Price: $23.00

Izzi Pop is also in the process of designing some pop art for items like posters. Think they’d work on shirts as well? We’ll keep you updated, but here’s a teaser:
