College- why leave? If you can make the college experience last for 8 years you are a true superstar. Bumpnose is featuring a shirt that commemorates this momentus feat: “Best 8 Years of My Life.” Its a great deal for a sweet shirt. 100% Super Spun-cotton, available in Grey, great price.
Tired of the same old cliche shirts for sale online? Have an idea you’d like to put on a shirt? Well at SonicShack.com you can design products, save them, sell them in their shop and of course purchase them. Sonic Shack offers a wide variety of products that you can design, including T-Shirts, Polos, bags, hats, posters, team uniforms and more. You can select your text, fonts, upload photos or use their image gallery to create an original piece of clothing.
The custom designer feature is very clean, and easy to navigate and use effectively. For example, for a t-shirt all you have to do is select a base t-shirt design and color and then add graphics and/or text to the front and/or back. You can adjust everything in the “designer”: font, size, location, color, alignment, rotation, etc. You can also choose if you want digital printing (minimum quantity 1) or screen printing (minimum quantity 12). I messed around for a while and created some t-shirts and hoodies that looked pretty sweet. If you make an account you can make designs and save them at will if you create something but think you might want to change it later. Here’s a screen shot of the designer:
As you can see, lots of options and room for customization. Perfect for all kinds of things from Little League uniforms, to Greek organization shirts, to Senior Class shirts or just a single product straight from your head to the material. Be sure to head on over to SonicShack and check it out!
For those of you that need to put in that little “extra” to go over the top, BustedTees is offering “This One Goes to 12.” If 10 isn’t loud enough go to 11. Can be used for music lovers (all genres) and people with loud personalities alike!!! Available in black.
Remember back in the old days when you could throw an old vinyl album onto your record player and listen to recorded music in one of its classic formats? “Au Natural” comes to us today courtesy of Wunjo Wear. This simple yet elegant design is screenprinted air brush style onto a 100% cotton shirt ensuring a soft comfortable feel. As this shirt is made for females its a tighter flattering chic fit. While normally a little pricey at $24.00 “Au Natural” is currently on sale, so head on over to Wunjo and check it out.
Geek Bouteek is featuring a shirt right now that every Star Wars fan needs to take a look at. I would consider “X-Rated” a good shirt to add to any Star Wars collection because its not a shirt that screams uber StarWars nerd. Instead, “X-Rated” is a simple shirt that pays hommage to the classic without a lot of flair.
Bomb G T-Shirts is a UK site that just opened on October 1 and is already off and running. The website is very well put together and I personally liked the random joke generator. In addition to classic text tees they offer a couple very diverse catagories. One of their main catagories that is becoming successful very quickly is thier Army tees section. Bomb G T-Shirts has teamed up with a well known Military Artist Oli Cook and they are beginning to feature his designs alongside the classic army tees. Here’s a new one from the Cook section:
Tank Girl blends natural beauty with man-made beauty in this depiction of an angelic woman having a rest on the front of this gigantic war machine. Tanks and women? Count me in! The shirt is made available in 12 different colors, quite a selection to choose from.
Another section very much worth mentioning is Bomb G’s Koolart section. This section has a bunch of cars drawn in caricatures, including VW Bugs, Minis, and my personal favorite: the Ghostbuster wagon!
A third section called New Designs offers non-run of the mill designs and slogans. It can be described as a “classy” version of classic shirts that bring new ideas to the table, but remain simple. One shirt that really caught my eye was the “flower chucker” design:
The flower chucker looks like the classic picture of a malcontent citizen about to toss a Molotov cocktail, but instead is holding a bundle of flowers at the ready. The colorful flowers are a great contrast to the black and white used for the person.
All in all, Bomb G is a site definately worth checking out as it provides new designs and does a great job appealing to men and women. Also, be sure to check out their random joke generator, a little British humour never did anyone bad!
Medicated Clothing is an independent t-shirt company trying to put their original spin on t-shirt fashion. They offer mens and womens shirts in 100% cotton, ultra soft, modern fit tees. Medicated Clothingoffers shirts with an Indie design and actually has limited quantities of each shirt in an attempt to ensure a semi-original product. What I really like about this company is that each of their designs is available in 10, yes 10, different colors to ensure an even more original shirt. Here are some of the more visually attractive designs that caught my eye:
Price: $16.99 Get It Here
I’m not sure exactly what this design is, best guess is its wings you can strap on your back that are electrically powered (irony: wings, plugs) but “extension cord not included” is definately visually stunning and has a vast array of colors and designs of feathers.
The ultimate Catch-22 is depicted in this shirt which pits success and wealth against really cool waterslides. Obviously a tough but enviable situation to be faced with. This Nightmare Before Christmas meets Mr.Seuss world is an interesting theme in a couple of their shirts.
