This shirt comes to us from Klaus Industries. The photo doesn’t do the shirt justice, in the shirt it says “2006 is the new 1984″ above and below the pyramid. And also says “Big brother is watching” at the bottom of the pyramid.
Klaus is always working on a new T-shirt. For the month of its release it costs $23.00 and we donate a dollar from every purchase to a good cause so that you can feel as good about buying one as we do about making them. When the month is done the T-Shirts cost $30.00 here and in stores.
In 1948 George Orwell wrote 1984. He envisioned a nation whose citizens have no expectation of privacy under a dictatorial government that relishes in perpetual war. A state whose alliances are arbitrary, and where deviation from the party line is considered a lapse in loyalty that is subject to harsh retribution. Orwell’s city is a prison where there is no place to hide from a government that can track a persons every move and even read their minds. People live under constant scrutiny and must show I.D. to travel in their own town. The goal; to know everything about everyone. People randomly disappear, or are publicly kidnapped. If an error is made, history can be revised or erased by a propaganda machine that is subject to no restraint. When the year 1984 rolled around, people thought Orwell had got it all wrong. Now it looks like the only thing he got wrong was the date.
2006 is the new 1984.
The shirt is SO redicuoulsly soft, I love it, I want sheets like this. The shirt will shrink a size, so order one size up. The printing quality is amazing, its very, very large, great quality, and doesn’t come through the shirt. A+.

I don’t know why this snowman feels he has to end it. Perhaps it’s the pressure of trying to fill Frostys’ magical shoes. Maybe it’s just too depressing to know that at any moment the sun could come out, the temperature could rise, and he would be reduced to a mere puddle. What a shame!
Sparkle white ink on a black American Apparel shirt, so order a size larger. The quality is great, I’ve personally worn and washed this shirt and its fine.

Yes, I certainly do! But remember kiddies, always get your sushi from someone you can trust. No matter how good the sushi looks, you still have to worry about your health.

This one has three rad ink colors to choose from, white, yellow, and blue! No excuse not to like this one! We recieved the yellow on Navy and it looks great.

Hypocri$y (bones, bullets and bombs)

This shirt just arrived from the UK today in its nice customs packaging. The shirt came with a letter from the State Department of Fashion Corrections, very clever.
The shirt is printed on “Kustom Kit” brand shirts, which I have never seen before, they are pretty thick and very soft, we’ll see how much it shrinks after a washing. It says 100% cotton and its a Euro sized men’s large, which is 42 inches, so I am not sure if there is a difference.
The printing is superb. It has almost a vinyl feel to it but is deep into the shirt which is good, and in the letter it says to please iron the shirt inside out to prevent damage.
Hey don’t get us wrong we love America but we also feel the self-proclaimed mantle of “The Greatest Democracy In The World” is wearing a bit thin now, especially when the current adminstration has stepped up homeland security measures, stopped stem cell research, accrued a massive deficit, left it’s own people high and dry in New Orleans, sent troops to be killed in Iraq and then admitted later the information they got to justify a war was “wrong” and continue to refuse to accept the Kyoto Agreement and help prevent global warming. Remember a democracy by definition alone means a government by the people, for the people, not the “haves” and “have-mores”.

I think a lot of people forget about some of the largest t-shirt sites because they have so many products besides t-shirts. What site am I talking about? ThinkGeek.com
.

They have some of the best nerdy shirts on the internet, I know my closet contains a number of their shirts.
Some shirts only other geeks can apprecaite , such as:

but others, everyone can enjoy:

Anyhow, just a reminder to check them out.

Anonymous Apparel just released their Spring 2006 collection, check it out.

All of their shirts are American Apparel, so they run a size small, and their largest size is Large, which sucks for tall people, but the people 6’0″ or so and under should be fine, as long as you are also skinny or built. Just keep it in mind.
This shirt looks stellar in cranberry with the owl graphic on the chest and shoulders of the shirt.

Iron-On Resistance is having a sale, featuring all shirts by their artist “Suaver“, being on sale. Sauver (pronounced saw-ver) is the eraser that wipes away blurred lines between high and low art. Interested in the democratization of art imagery through open edition art multiples, Sauver does not look to support elitist ideals.
Here are a few of the shirts:

He also has some women’s shirts, bags, and purses.
Prices vary.
Go check it out.
