I remember spending hours playing Oregon Trail when I was younger. “You have Died of Disentery” was a constant reminder of how bad I was at that game…Wearing this shirt will definitely catch a few chuckles because anyone who has played Oregon Trail will know exactly where this comes from. For those who don’t quite know what dysentery is, here’s a refresher:
Dysenteryn.
An inflammatory disorder of the lower intestinal tract, usually caused by a bacterial, parasitic, or protozoan infection and resulting in pain, fever, and severe diarrhea, often accompanied by the passage of blood and mucus.

This shirt is by Busted Tees and has both a men’s and women’s version. The men’s is a “Royal Blue” and the women’s is a “Raspberry” color. The price for both the men’s and women’s are the same, and is pretty decent.

This is a geeky twist to a classic poem. How many have heard “The way to a woman’s heart is through poetry”? This shirt will surely attract stares of either confusion, or admiration. If you don’t understand it, then go back under the rock you came from.

It is offered by ThinkGeek.com and comes in both ladies and men’s (for the couples out there who want to dress alike). For those who don’t understand html, the codes are conveniently colored the color they represent.

Another flavorfull girlie shirt from Mama’s Clothing. This shirt is an XS, and is tight in all the right locations on a girl. The tee stretches in sexy ways, showing off very well. The actual design on the shirt is also very high quality and slightly shiny / reflective. This tee will draw attention no matter where its worn.
These shirts are also easy on the ladies wallet, at only $12, its very cheap, and stylish. Mama knows how to dress the ladies to attract the guys. The lines in the picture are from the camera. The shirt looks great in person.

Carbon. You are made of carbon. Dinosaur bones are made of carbon. Everything is made from carbon. Perhaps because I am a biology/chemistry major I found this shirt amazing. But it can’t just be me since this is a reprint from Threadless. There was such a high demand, they brought it back. I think, accuracy and stylistically, it is very well done. I should be receiving mine within a day or two, so I will come back and describe the details of the shirt… Length, Centered, Material, Fit, etc. In the meantime, look for the lame joke I left between the pictures!

Q: Can you guess the name of a first year organic chemistry major who scored one “C” and 4 “F”s in five courses?
A: Carbon Tetrafluoride.

100% bamboo fiber. This shirt was made by a company called Bamboosa and it is actually extremely soft. It’s very lightweight and it’s supposed to be naturally resistant to odor and moisture, but I noticed if you sweat a little, or get some water on it, it tends to leave marks where the moisture was. It feels almost exactly like the Jersey sheets that you can find in a lot of stores for your bedding.

It comes in 7 different colors, however, there are no designs on it, which makes a somewhat plain shirt. I would have enjoyed it a little more if it was a little more interesting. The sizes seem a little big, but they could be designed to be worn that way. If you want a tighter fit of a shirt, buy a size smaller than what you normally wear. I would think that you could also buy it and fancy it up yourself, or if you like it plain, whatever floats your boat. On a side note, this shirt is also “Sweat Shop Free” according to the label.

Who doesn’t want a big pink/purple (fuschia?) elephant on a string as it floats in (what I think is) the air? I sure as hell would… BUT that’s not possible unless I take some kind of acid… so this shirt is the next best thing.

Overall, this LaFraise shirt was extremely comfortable. The fabric is soft and the shirt itself is “Sweatshop Free”(woo hoo!). When washed, the color didn’t run, which was a plus, but the ink is a little stiff and rough, however, it seems pretty durable. The design on the front is very whimsical, and kinda reminds me of my childhood for some odd reason… Only other complaint is the price, which is a little steep, but overall its a nice shirt.

So you think you’re cool? Do you smoke? Well if you do, then hot damn, you’re freaking cool. That’s what this shirt gets the point across about. Although I am not a smoker (of any form any more), I wore this shirt to film a commercial for an up and coming video game. This shirt is from Mama’s Clothing. Another Urban shirt from this great company.

The shirt is a bright green with the white text clearly standing out, and (I believe), using the “COOL” brand cigarette text style for the all capital part of the shirt. I have also worn this to a few parties, and get comments EVERYWHERE I go. People love this shirt. Women and men alike. I think I was offered 4-5 bowls by the end of the night, all of which I turned down.

This little “mama” logo is on the back corner of the shirt, in red.
And here is a stock image from the company for a better view:

There was the Flintstones, Jetsons, and Scooby-Doo. Hanna-Barbera made all the cartoons our parents loved. And we grew up watching as well. But one stands the test of time. This was the only unfrozen caveman to become a superhero. Cavey, as he was called in the cartoon, had unique skills such as extraordinary strength, flight, a club that could be transformed into any number of convenient devices, and the ability to pull virtually anything out of his fur.

Yes. Die Homey. I recently experimented with making my own shirts. I went out to the local Hobby Lobby and purchased some nice shirts for pretty cheap… two dollars each. Next up was the Home Depot. Bought some spraypaint. And then found some index stock paper for stencils at my house. I would print out what I wanted to spray on the paper, and then used a blade to cut it all out. Then used a gluestick to glue the stencil to the shirt. That creates a nice seal at the edge of your cuts so the paint doesn’t bleed around the design. Before spraying, make sure you put a piece of cardboard in the shirt to make it flat and so it doesn’t bleed through. I then brought out my can of black spraypaint and sprayed away. About six inches from the shirt was what I found worked best. I took a few passes at it to make it bold and to be sure it wouldn’t fade easily. Let this dry for about thirty to forty minutes. I then used an iron to set the paint. Make sure to use an old cloth to put between the shirt and the iron. Let it sit out some more and then wash it. After making a few I saw that ligher colored shirts work best. Dark colors don’t show the paint enough. Here is a picture of one of the shirts….

All together this cost… $2 for the shirt, and $2 for the can of spraypaint. It takes about ninety minutes start to finish.
Buy It Here….. actually you can’t buy this…. or can you…. eh…

Don’t drink the water? That’s just the beginning to the death-trap that is Mexico. Watch out while you’re there, its not just the food and the drink that will get you, there’s also the chicas. Las chicas hacia abajo en México tienen muchas enfermedades.

The shirt was sent to us from a company called “Take No Shirt“. It is the regular T-shirt version, however a ringer is also available. The shirt fits well, nothing is too tight, the ink/paint is superb quality. I have no complains on the quality of this shirt. Look for more reviews of Take No Shirt, as they sent us multiple shirts.

Tired of arguing about the Second Amendment? This shirt will make your stance clear, once and for all. It may take some people a few seconds to get it, so expect some slightly delayed laughs.

This shirt will make everyone laugh, from your social studies teacher, to your goverment teacher, to… well, you get the idea. The funniness of this shirt is undeniable. My only complaint is that it only comes in one color and style.

I gave my word to stop at third. Sure, many people have a different definition for abstinence. For some, it is nothing below the neck, but for most it is just sex in general. Which is what makes this shirt great. Buy it. It is on limited edition, and is at an all time low price of $12.99. It makes you laugh, it makes your mom laugh, and your grandma is trying to hide chuckle from you as well. Last time I checked, they only had mediums and Extra-Large available.

Are you lazy? Do you stay on the couch because getting up would be effort? Are you one of those kinds of people who would rather make someone do something for you than you do it yourself? If you answered yes to any of these questions, or stopped reading because its too much effort then this shirt was meant for you.

Not only does it let everyone know that you’d rather slack off and eat potato chips than mow the lawn, but it also has a certain class to it. The shirt is cotton and available in over eleven different styles.

Even if you cannot throw your support behind the current Commander in Chief, you can at least celebrate the highest elected position in the land with a shirt with some of the men who made the country what it is today (for better or worse).

Were you aware that William Howard Taft is the only man in history to hold both the office of the President of the United States as well as a Supreme Court Justice?

Lincoln is a pimp, was there ever any doubt?
both shirts are from American Apparel, you can read my thoughts on the brand here

Cashing in on one of the latest and hugest forum fads, this tasteless tee aims to spoil the fun for Harry Potter fans everywhere, although at this point, if there’s still a single Harry Potter fan out there who hasn’t read the latest installation in the series, this shirt probably won’t ruin their day. Nevertheless, wearing this shirt will undoubtedly bring mixed reactions.

Pros:
- High quality material
- A variety of color and style options
- Also comes in a British version with correct page number and figures!
Cons:
- A bit expensive
- Uses the phrase “Dumbledore Dies” instead of the more popular and infinitely funnier “Snape Kills Dumbledore”
- May attract rabid Harry Potter fans who thirst for your death. Wear at your own risk.

What can I say? If you’re offended by this shirt, then you should be.
The drab brown color actually goes with just about anything, but still not recommended for a work environment unless you’re there finishing some stuff up at night or on the weekend, or unless your work has a ‘midly offensive shirt tuesday’ policy.
Note about the brand:
The shirt itself is made by American Apparel. I’ve had a few of these tees and they are remarkably soft and comfortable. They are a bit on the thin side, but good craftsmanship means they aren’t going to fall apart as quickly as they seem. I have a few t-shirts made by American Apparel and just about as many annoyances with the brand. They are about a half size smaller than other brands. They fit small across the chest and shoulders and this is only compounded by a fresh wash. Right out of the dryer the tee feels like it’s a full size smaller than what you bought (if not more) but it’s just the nature of the knit and will stretch back to its original size if you find the need. If you can deal with these small quirks, you’ll be rewarded with a soft and supple shirt that feels like you’ve worn it for years.

Compton is no longer just for rappers. Compton is all about the love. Love for what, is your choice. I prefer to think of the love between a man and a woman, or whatever. But, maybe you are a thug who loves what another may consider immoral, or a style of life that other’s may find as… “different” or “dangerous.” Matt made the argument in an earlier review that these are the best shirts made. Read the “Big Like A Pickle” review. You will be getting your money’s worth with this shirt. Excellent printing, great length, etc.

Think you know all internet clichés? Well, test your knowledge with ‘The Internet’ shirt. This shirt covers a wide spectrum of internet clichés ranging from ‘All Your Base…’ to the infamous ‘ROFLcopter.’

At first glance, its hard not to notice the ‘LOL’, ‘OMG’, ‘WTF’, and ‘I <3 DSL’ (that’s ‘Digital Subscriber Line’, not the latter ‘Dick Sucking Lips’), but as you continue to look on, you’ll notice the appearance of other lesser-known clichés such as John Titor, and ‘Badger Badger Badger.’ I have to admit that at first I was hesitant about getting this shirt, only because of the fact that it screams ‘Nerd.’ But the first day I wore it, I couldn’t help but notice people taking second glances at it. In my opinion, a shirt that can start conversations is a damn good shirt. Be sure that you are ready and willing to explain all of the clichés though, as the lesser internet-savvy people will question most, if not all of them.

The conquest of Vietnam by France began in 1858 and was completed by 1884, obviously. So, subsequently it became part of French Indochina in 1887. Independence was declared after World War II, but the French continued to rule until 1954 when they were defeated by Communist forces under Ho Chi MINH, who took control of the North. US economic and military aid to South Vietnam grew through the 1960s in an attempt to bolster the government, but US armed forces were withdrawn following a cease-fire agreement in 1973. Which is around when you left, because we were winning when you were leaving. Because just two years later, North Vietnamese forces overran the South. Despite the return of peace, for over two decades the country experienced little economic growth because of conservative leadership policies. Since 2001, Vietnamese authorities have committed to economic liberalization and enacted structural reforms needed to modernize the economy and to produce more competitive, export-driven industries. The country continues to experience protests from the Montagnard ethnic minority population of the Central Highlands over loss of land to Vietnamese settlers and religious persecution. Now you know everything you will need to know to sport this rare gem. (CIA.Gov)

Vintage Vantage may be one of my favorite places on the WWW (World Wide Web). The shirt material is awesome. Their tag on the inside of the shirt is fresh. And it has shirts that actually make me laugh out loud. I wore this shirt around campus to see if I got a response. This is one of those few shirts that get people to laugh on site, and comment about how they want one — Which, let’s face it, that is the ultimate compliment. Overall, I would say I love this shirt now, as it has recently become one of my favorites. It fits great.

Due to the horrendous disaster that has struck New Orleans and the surrounding states, everyone is scrambling for a way to raise money in their own unique way for the people devastated by the attack. Threadless, as usual, has come up with an innovative concept and has had a wonderful execution of the artwork.

I bought one, and since it’s on sale for 10 bucks (cheap!) I scrambled to buy one. For every shirt they sell they will be donating 20 dollars to the Red Cross, a noble effort considering that’s a 10 dollar profit loss.

They look really nice, I’ll make sure to report back when I have my shirt.

Love old school flavor? Hip-hop style, with the soul of funk. All of the previous is on each shirt from this great company. Check out one of the many designs from the great people at Manifest Clothing. Expect to see a bunch of reviews of their shirts as they were very generous.

This shirt is a bright (but not lime or neon) green with a graphic nicely offset to the left(when wearing) of the shirt, with a giant pickle. Under, in very readable yellow text is “Big Like A Pickle”. That should speak for itself. I wore this shirt to a BBQ and felt comfortable the entire time, whether it was grilling, playing volleyball, or just lounging around. I don’t think the shirt is offensive, its got some humor, but its in a classy way compared to some shirts. On the back of the shirt, on the bottom left, are the words “and I’m still gettin paid”. I know I’m gettin paid, and I love repping this shirt.

The actual printing is superb quality, and the shirt is awesome quality. Soft to the touch, and not tight in any areas. The shirt pictured is a XL. After talking to the owner of Manifest, he claims to have searched far and wide for the best brand t-shirts before buying them to print his creations on. A direct quote from the owner is “a great fit all over, not to[o] long, not to[o] baggy, good tight neckline but not to tight and the ring spun feel is just right along with not much shrinkage”, and I agree 100%.

Fuck Jersey. Just those two words have a certain ring to them, the kind that makes 99.9% of people laugh while the remaining .1% are from Jersey and well… don’t laugh. And in case people around you still don’t get who is on the recieving end of the fuck you, there is a nice little picture of New Jersey on the front.

Overall the shirt fits nice and snug, and the simple slogan even makes the bright yellow color mine came in seem masculine. I’d feel comfortable wearing this t-shirt to parties and around friends. Although I would refrain from wearing it when crossing the NJ borderline.
